auf der rückreise vom tee-einkauf entdeckt, eines der schönsten und gepflegtesten resorts, in denen wir bisher logiert haben...

on the way back from our tea trip, it's one of the most beautiful resorts, we ever visited...
wat sikkhiu, der tempel vom wohl berühmtesten filmschauspieler thailands, sorapong chatree. andere superstars bauen sich ihre 'privaten tempel', (luxus-villen), und halten sich einen luxuriösen wagenpark, er hat sein ganzes vermögen in diese prächtige anlage gesteckt, für den buddhismus, und für die allgemeinheit… und verbringt auch jedes wochenende dort. starallüren sind ihm fremd, wie das bild mit muay erkennen lässt… wirklich eine sehr sympathische person… die unzähligen filmplakate aus seiner langen karriere hängen wohl alle irgendwo, und sei es gleich neben dem altar...

wat sikkhiu, the temple built by thailand's most famous movie actor, sorapong chatree. other superstars built their 'own private temples' (luxury villas) and are collecting expensive cars, he invested his whole income in this beautful building, for buddhism, and for public… and spends his time there every weekend… he's a very fine person, as you can see on the pic with muay… really nice… the not-just-a-few movie-posters from his long career, they are all presented somewhere, even just beside the altar...
tad ton waterfalls, chayaphum
'unser schwimmbad', im umkreis von 100km der einzige vernünftige ort, um zu baden und schwimmen, darum besuchen wir diesn ort auch immer mal wieder. diesmal waren viele schulklasen anwesend…

'our swimming pool', in a distace of less than 100km perhaps the only serious place to swim and take a bath, so we often visit this place. this time there were a lot of school classes too...
ich beende das mail, wie ich's begonnen habe, mit einem sinnvollen (diesmal sinnvoll platzierten) hinweisschild...
