wie üblich mit etwas verzögerung heute ein blick in die teegärten von maesalong und chiang rai, in dennen ich einkaufe und die wir mitte februar besuchten. den garten von wang put tan in maesalong hab ich schon öfters detailliert vorgestellt, drum heute ein bisschen mehr vom anderen teegarten, suwirun in chiang rai, von dem ich zum beispiel den exzellenten jasmin tee importiere… an dieser stelle gleich mal etwas schleichwerbung, alle tees aus nodthailand sind selbstverständlich in meinem webshop erhältlich, seid so frei, mal reinzuschauen:

as usually with a delay, today some views in the teagardens of maesalong and chiang rai, from where i import teas to switzerland, which we visited in the middle of february. the garden from wang put tan i've already introduced in the mails form the past years, so let's focus today more towards suwirun in chiang rai, from where i get, beside of other delicious treasures, the excellent jasmin tea… at this point for once some advertising, all tea's i'm importing to switzerland you will find of course in my web shop, feel free to take a look: (but sorry the shop's described only in german language)

dieser garten hat ein offizielles thailändisches biozertifikat. auch wenn das in europa noch nicht anerkannt ist, heisst das doch schon mal was… soweit ich einblick in den betrieb und die produktion erhalten habe, bestätigt es mir aber auch den eindruck einer ökologischen betriebsführung...

this garden gots an offical thai organic-certificate. even when it is not accepted in europe, it's a good sign… and as far as i could have a look inside, it really looks serious and organic...

das sieht doch schon mal serh bio logisch aus, düngung und unkrautvertilgung in einem (vierbeinigen) arbeitsgang # seriously looks organic: fertilizing and weeds destruction in a (fourlegged) oneway process
